Brand Ambassador - Coffee

About the role

We have exciting opportunities across Australia for energetic bubbly coffee lovers to join our dedicated team as a Brand Ambassador to represent the world leading coffee machine brand - De’Longhi.

Working in some of the best retail stores in Australia, you will help to demonstrate and sell the amazing range of De’Longhi coffee machines.

This work is ongoing therefore we are looking for dedicated long term Brand Ambassadors willing to work during the day on weekends, to become part of the De’Longhi & LEX Collective team.

You will be conducting coffee machine demonstrations and providing product information and coffee samples to shoppers in some fantastic retail stores. Although this is a highly autonomous role, you will be provided with ongoing training and support from our dedicated team.

To put it simply you are the brand!

We need energetic, customer centric individuals that can bring infectious enthusiasm & operate as true Brand Ambassadors for De’Longhi coffee machines. Previous brand ambassador, sales or barista experience is a plus and highly regarded.

Candidate’s requirements

• Ability to think on your feet and connect with customers
• Available on the weekends is MANDATORY
• Smart phone is mandatory
• Previous experience in promotional work or sales focused roles will be highly regarded
• Professional and well-presented manner
• You will be required to attend a training session which will take place on a weekday and be fully paid.

Rate of Pay

• Monday to Friday - $33.19 per hour
• Saturday - $39.83 per hour
• Sunday - $46.46 per hour
• Public Holiday - $66.38 per hour

Shifts will be 4 hours long, this will vary depending on store location, times of the year and individual performances.
