This is a rare opportunity to join a large, multi-entity business as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, taking ownership of a critical technology function during a pivotal period of change.

Major investment across systems, data and operational capability, technology is positioned at the centre of the organisation's future direction.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional Head of IT role.

You will lead and influence across multiple technology functions, guiding strategy while empowering established teams to execute. The environment requires someone commercially minded who can connect technology outcomes with broader business goals and confidently lead change across the organisation.

Key areas of responsibility include

• Leading infrastructure, cloud, cyber, networking and support operations
• Providing oversight across enterprise applications and project delivery initiatives
• Supporting the evolution of data, reporting and AI capability
• Driving technology strategy aligned to long-term business objectives
• Managing key vendor and partner relationships
• Leading and developing established teams through growth and change
• Building strong relationships from operational teams through to executive leadership

About You

You are an experienced technology leader who understands how to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.

You will bring

• Proven leadership experience across broad IT environments
• Experience leading multiple teams and business-critical technology functions
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement capability
• Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience leading transformation and organisational change initiatives
• Exposure to ERP or manufacturing environments highly regarded
• Ability to create alignment and bring people on the journey
