About the Role

Australian Audiology is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to provide exceptional front-of-house support across our Tweed heads and Runaway Bay clinics.

This is a multi-site position requiring regular travel between clinics. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our clinics while delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries.
  • Process payments, invoices, and related administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Support clinicians with administrative and operational requirements.
  • Assist with hearing aid orders, stock management, and clinic supplies.
  • Ensure reception and waiting areas are presented to a high standard.
  • Work collaboratively with clinic teams across multiple locations.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous customer service and/or administration experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinic environments.
  • Must have access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Must have valid working rights and eligibility to work in Australia
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a healthcare, medical, allied health, or audiology environment.
  • Experience using appointment booking or patient management systems.
