Full-time Continuous Contract

37.5 hours per week

$56,199 - $59,826 per annum

Plus Worker Retention Payment of between $5,011.50 and $6,903.00 per annum

Total Effective Package*

$78,679 - $84,972

About the role

The Early Childhood Educator provides support to the Team Leader and other colleagues, to ensure high quality education, care and development is delivered for the children and families engaged in the service. The position assists in the planning, preparation and implementation of programs suited to the needs of the children attending Congress Childcare Centres.

Who are we looking for?

Someone to complement our team with the following essential criteria stated on the job description attached. This includes holding a Certificate III in Children’s Services or willingness to enrol within 3 months of commencement of employment.
