About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of the store while leading, coaching and developing a small team.

You will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the Store Manager in creating a high-performing retail environment.

• Leadership and team development

• KPI management including conversion and UPT

• Customer experience and client relationship building

• Visual merchandising and operational excellence

About You

• Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or Senior Retail Leader

• Background in premium, luxury or customer-focused retail environments

• Strong leadership and coaching skills

• Commercially minded with a passion for achieving results

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Looking to build a long-term career with a global retail business
