Cadence Connect is partnering with a fast-growing, product-led technology business that is scaling quickly and investing heavily in its engineering capability.

With strong momentum, innovative technology already live in market, and an ambitious product roadmap ahead, our client is looking to appoint a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their growing engineering team.

This is not a role for someone who simply wants to work through tickets. You’ll have genuine input into technical decisions, architecture, and product direction while building software used by real customers every day.

The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, building, and scaling features across PHP (Laravel) and Python (Django) backend services
• Developing modern, data-heavy frontends using Angular (TypeScript, RxJS)
• Designing and optimising MySQL schemas and complex queries
• Building high-performance, real-time and asynchronous workflows
• Working across AWS infrastructure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Leading code reviews, mentoring engineers, and championing engineering best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial full-stack engineering experience
• Strong backend capability in PHP/Laravel and/or Python/Django
• Solid experience building applications with Angular
• Strong SQL, database design, and performance optimisation skills
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Docker
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical outcomes
