About The Role

Our Brand Design team sits at the centre of how Quantium shows up to the world. We design everything from client-facing credentials and product collateral to event experiences and AI-generated campaigns — and we do it with an AI-first mindset that puts us at the leading edge of what modern brand design looks like.

We're growing our Brand Design team and looking for a talented, curious, and delivery-focused Brand Designer to join us at our South Eveleigh, Sydney headquarters.

This is a hands-on creative role with genuine variety. One day you might be designing a polished credentials deck for a major retail client; the next, building an email template in HubSpot, animating a logo for an internal event, or creating a LinkedIn campaign graphic. You'll own your projects end-to-end, work across a broad range of formats and tools, and collaborate closely with teams across the business.

How will you make an impact?

  • Design and delivery: Create high-quality branded assets across presentations, digital collateral, email templates, event materials, and social graphics — owning projects from brief to final output
  • Templates and systems: Build and maintain scalable design templates and brand assets that empower teams across Quantium to communicate consistently and with confidence
  • Collaboration: Partner with communications, UX, product marketing, and engineering teams to deliver creative solutions that are both on-brand and commercially sharp
  • AI-enabled practice: Embrace and apply AI design tools as part of your everyday workflow, helping us stay at the forefront of what modern brand design can be

The superpowers you'll bring to the team

  • Design experience: 1–3 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or a related field
  • PowerPoint proficiency: Advanced skills in PowerPoint with a focus on template design and branded presentation output
  • Figma expertise: Strong proficiency in Figma across logos, layouts, banners, icons, and digital collateral
  • Brand consistency: Demonstrated ability to apply brand guidelines consistently across multiple formats and channels
  • Email design: Experience with email design, including Outlook templates and/or HubSpot
  • Attention to detail: A high personal standard for design quality and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on output

Nice To Have

  • Experience with AI design tools (Claude, Magnific, Adobe Firefly, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for photo editing and image retouching
  • Motion graphics or video editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced in-house brand team or agency environment
