Purpose of the role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for responsible for delivering impactful marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, support brand growth, and contribute to key business outcomes across our retail brands. You will bring campaigns to life from concept through to delivery, ensuring they are insight-led, commercially focused and executed brilliantly.

What will your key responsibilities include?

  • Contribute to and implement the Brand & Campaign marketing plan in partnership with the Brand & Campaign Manager.
  • Execute end-to-end, multi-channel, acquisition and sales campaigns.
  • Develop clear, compelling creative and media briefs for campaigns, working with internal teams and external agency partners to bring ideas to life.
  • Ensure alignment of brand identity, messaging and tone of voice across all channels.
  • Coordinate campaign activity across stakeholders to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
  • Monitor campaign performance end-to-end, reporting on media effectiveness and strategic campaign results, and optimising activity to ensure maximum impact.
  • Manage campaign delivery within allocated budgets and agreed timelines.
  • Work collaboratively to support team goals and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture.
  • Contribute to initiatives that help our customers and communities thrive, and support broader organisational priorities as required.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in a creative campaign-focused marketing role, with approximately 5+ years’ experience, ideally gained within a creative agency and/or client-side campaign environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate ideas and execute end-to-end campaigns, with a strong eye for creativity and attention to detail.
  • Experience in campaign planning, measurement and reporting, with an understanding of campaign effectiveness and focus on continuous optimisation.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment — adaptable, flexible and comfortable navigating change.
  • Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to prioritise and deliver multiple initiatives on time, within budget and in line with stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas across a variety of channels.
  • Experience within e-commerce, digital advertising, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environments will be highly regarded.
  • Degree qualified in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working within compliance and legal frameworks to ensure marketing messages meet regulatory requirements.
