Safety Advisor

I am currently seeking an experienced Safety Advisor for a FIFO 2:1 roster in the Northern Territory.

This is a fixed term contract position through to approximately October, supporting two active projects—one commercial and one civil.

The role would suit a hands-on safety professional who is comfortable working autonomously and engaging with a variety of stakeholders across different project environments.

The Role

• FIFO 2:1 roster to the Northern Territory
• Support both a commercial construction project and a civil infrastructure project
• Conduct site inspections, audits, investigations and risk assessments
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety training
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company procedures
• Work closely with site teams, subcontractors and management to drive positive safety outcomes

About You

• Proven experience as a Safety Advisor within commercial and civil construction
• Confident operating as the sole site-based safety representative
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Practical, proactive and solutions-focused approach to safety
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to the wider team
