We're looking for Biology Masters graduates and current students to help train and improve the next generation of AI models. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs — and now we need subject-matter experts like you to make AI smarter in the life sciences.

Your deep knowledge of biology, biochemistry, or biotechnology will directly shape how AI reasons through complex scientific problems. No AI background required — your expertise is what matters.

What You'll Do

• Design challenging, graduate-level biology questions to rigorously test AI performance
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with well-structured scientific reasoning
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
• Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology topics
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
• Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
• Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and precisely in writing
• Comfortable providing structured, critical feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable — you deliver quality work independently
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with scientific benchmarking or academic research methodologies
• Background spanning multiple life science disciplines (e.g., molecular biology, genetics, physiology)
