Position: Multilingual Call Evaluation & Transcription Contractors
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 2–4 weeks
Role Responsibilities
- Place and review scripted or semi-structured calls.
- Evaluate call quality, focusing on pronunciation, prosody, phrasing, and fluency.
- Score calls based on provided guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
- Complete transcription tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Native fluency in one of the listed languages.
- Ability to evaluate standard accent and identify deviations in pronunciation, prosody, and phrasing.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in scoring.
Preferred
- Prior experience in data annotation, evaluation, or AI-related work.
