Senior Account Manager
BioPak
Senior Account Manager – NSW (Distributor Channel) BioPak | Sydney, NSW | Full-Time
Are you a hunter who knows how to win territory and bring partners along for the ride?
BioPak is one of Australia's most recognised sustainable packaging companies and a certified B Corp. We're on a mission to make sustainable packaging the easy, obvious choice — and we need a driven Senior Account Manager to own and grow our NSW footprint.
The role
This is a high-activity, new business-led position. You'll own a NSW territory, build a qualified pipeline through our distributor network, and convert opportunities across foodservice, cafés, venues, corporate catering, education and healthcare. You'll work closely with distribution partners — training their teams, running joint field activity, and building the kind of relationships that drive real sell-out.
It's fast, commercial, and genuinely impactful.
What you'll do
- Win new end-user customers through distributor partners across NSW
- Build and manage a live pipeline in HubSpot with clear close plans and next steps
- Own Joint Business Plans with key distributors — targets, promos, focus SKUs, ranging
- Coach and ride along with distributor reps to generate leads and close deals
- Deliver accurate forecasts and territory reporting with commercial rigour
What you'll bring
- Proven new business development capability — you prospect, qualify and close
- Experience managing distributor or channel relationships
- HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) confidence and discipline
- Commercial acumen: you understand margin, pricing and deal structure
- High activity cadence and strong territory planning instincts
