About the role

The Partner Manager is responsible for driving growth across Tyro's partner ecosystem, with a primary focus on ISO and Broker partners. This role will develop strategic partner relationships, increase partner-sourced revenue, and identify opportunities to expand the adoption of Tyro's omnichannel solutions through intermediary sales channels.

Combining business development, partner enablement, and relationship management, the Partner Manager ensures partners are equipped to successfully acquire, support, and grow Tyro customers. The role plays a key part in building strong market relationships, representing Tyro within the industry, and delivering operational excellence that supports sustainable partner growth and long-term success.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute partner growth strategies to increase partner-sourced revenue, customer acquisition, and adoption of Tyro's product suite.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ISO and Broker partners, acting as a trusted advisor to identify and deliver mutual growth opportunities.

  • Develop joint business plans with key partners to drive performance, establish growth objectives, and maximise commercial outcomes.

  • Manage partner onboarding, enablement, training, and operational support to ensure partners are equipped to successfully promote and sell Tyro solutions.

  • Drive pipeline generation and new customer acquisition through partner-led initiatives and strategic sales opportunities.

  • Identify opportunities to expand partner engagement across Tyro's omnichannel proposition and broader product portfolio.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline partner processes, resolve operational issues, and enhance the overall partner experience.

  • Monitor partner performance, pipeline activity, and growth opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to optimise results.

  • Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and partner administration to support effective performance management and decision-making.

  • Represent Tyro at industry events, partner meetings, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence and build strategic relationships.

What you'll bring

  • 3–5 years' experience in partner, channel, or business development roles, ideally within ISO, Broker, or intermediary sales channels.

  • Experience in financial services, payments, fintech, SaaS, or a related industry.

  • Demonstrated success developing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth through channel or intermediary sales models.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, develop, negotiate, and execute growth opportunities.

  • Experience managing partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing relationship management activities.

  • Proven ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders across multiple levels, both internally and externally.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands.

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities, challenges, and experiences.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM and sales management platforms.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a proactive and professional approach.
