About the Role
We are seeking high-performing Auditors to join a dynamic and growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse client base, manage multiple engagements, and play a key role in delivering high-quality audit outcomes while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve technical accounting and audit issues across engagements
- Review financial statements to ensure compliance with relevant Accounting Standards
- Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to management
- Perform detailed reviews of audit work and ensure quality and accuracy
- Summarise key engagement findings for Partners and senior stakeholders
- Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously, working with various team members
- Assist in the coordination, supervision, and development of audit teams, including training and mentoring
- Ensure adherence to audit methodology, standards, and compliance requirements
- Monitor staffing needs and contribute to resource planning across engagements
- Support Partners and Managers with business development and client relationship activities
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or Accounting
- CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification (completed)
- 2- 12 years of Audit experience
Sponsorship may be considered for the opportunities in Sydney only; however, candidates are required to be onshore already (no relocation).
