What you’ll be doing – your impact starts here
You have a way with words – from hyper-targeted social hooks to working with tech product specs. We’re looking for a social-native writer who has their finger on the pulse and is keen to inject fresh ideas into existing brand frameworks. You’re clever and creative, but appreciate the beauty of a well-oiled system.
You’re operating at a midweight level, reliable in managing your own workflows and ready to own the day-to-day execution on some of the agency’s biggest B2B and B2C accounts.
- Comfortable at any length: You know how to capture attention in a split second on a digital feed, but you also have the depth and stamina to settle in and write beautiful, structured longer-form content.
- Social-first execution: Bring a social-native voice, creating captivating content for global and local clients that drives real platform engagement.
- A sharp eye for awesome work: Help keep our standards sky-high by making sure every piece of copy shines, catching the little details that turn great work into truly amazing work.
- A wizard with words that click: Bring digital experiences to life by drafting sharp, clever turns of phrase that make website content feel fresh, engaging and effortlessly human.
- A brilliant collaborator: You thrive on working closely with design, senior writers and account teams – bringing a positive energy to every huddle and delivering stellar work without any of the ego.

- Proactive teammate: You ideate freely, prioritize the collective outcome over individual ownership – and love to learn.
You bring
- 3+ years of copywriting experience in an advertising agency or content team. (If you’ve had a wonky career path, but have the skills, please still apply. We value skills, not pedigree.)
- A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft across social-first campaigns, digital assets, and short + long-form copy.
- Meticulous attention to detail – you catch the typos others miss.
- Able to work in-person with our Sydney team on our hybrid schedule.
