We are partnering with a select group of Tier 1 and Tier 2 builders delivering high-calibre projects across Sydney to attract top-tier Contract Administrators of all levels.

Key Responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role in the commercial and contractual delivery of major construction projects, working closely with senior project teams.
- Lead commercial and contractual administration of major projects from procurement through to practical completion
- Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor packages, scopes of work, tender documentation, and contract correspondence
- Assist with procurement activities including tender analysis, scope comparisons, subcontract negotiations, and award recommendations
- Manage RFIs, variations, progress claims, payment schedules, and monthly commercial reporting
- Track project costs, commitments, forecasts, and commercial risks
- Administer head contract obligations including notices, extensions of time, and other contractual requirements
- Proactively identify risks and contribute to mitigation strategies to protect project outcomes
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Senior Project Engineers, and Site teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve commercial and contract issues
- Maintain accurate project records, registers, trackers, and documentation systems
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Contribute to project planning and support safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery
