We work collaboratively with the Victorian State Government to ensure we fulfill regulatory requirements, deliver State projects and safeguard customer data. The Victorian State Government retains sole responsibility for road access, infrastructure and safety.

About the opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Analysis & Planning and Procurement, the Senior Procurement Manager provides strategic leadership across the Technology portfolio. The role is responsible for shaping and delivering procurement strategies that optimise value, manage risk, and support organisational objectives.
The Senior Procurement Manager leads and oversees all procurement activity while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and consistent application of procurement frameworks. The role drives innovation, continuous improvement, and capability uplift, strengthening procurement practices and enhancing market engagement.
Key accountabilities include:
- Develop Technology procurement strategies and plans aligned to organisational priorities, business demand and category opportunities.
- Act as a strategic and commercial adviser to Technology leaders on sourcing approaches, contracting models, market options and commercial trade-offs.
- Oversee end-to-end procurement delivery to achieve value for money and strategic outcomes.
- Establish and own procurement reporting for the portfolio
- Lead and develop a team of 2, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance oversight.
- Accountable for Governance, risk and compliance across the portfolio
