The Opportunity

This is a unique chance to step into a hot desk with significant momentum. As a true 360 consultant, you will manage a dual desk (both Temp & Perm) focusing on junior to mid-level HR roles. You will be fully empowered to run your own patch, with a clear line of sight to achieving minimum 500k in Gross Profit (GP) potential.

The Role

• Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new clients while farming existing accounts. You are the driving force behind growing this desk.
• Client & Candidate Management: Be a trusted advisor to your clients and a career partner to your candidates. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to placement and ongoing account management.
• Recruitment Delivery: Develop a plan to build your desk, balancing high-volume operational tasks with strategic client engagement.

About You

• 360 Experience: You are a seasoned 360 recruiter with a proven track record of managing both temp and perm roles.
• Sales Drive: You have a passion for business development and a "can-do" attitude. You aren't just filling roles; you are developing a business.
• Agility: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to handle a desk that requires juggling multiple moving parts.
• Versatility: We are open to diverse recruitment backgrounds. While HR specialism is a plus, we are happy to interview consultants with experience across various sectors who have the right commercial mindset.
