Senior Manager / Associate Director – Forensic Accounting & Disputes Leading Global Advisory Firm | Sydney CBD | Hybrid Working
This is an opportunity to join one of Australia's most respected disputes and economics practices, led by some of the most experienced practitioners in the market. The team works on high-profile commercial disputes, international arbitrations, business valuations, post-acquisition disputes and financial investigations, alongside recognised expert witnesses and leading litigation counsel.
For candidates with ambitions toward expert witness work, the team has a strong track record of developing that pathway.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Manager / Associate Director, you will:
- Lead complex forensic accounting, damages quantification and valuation engagements
- Manage multiple assignments across disputes, investigations, litigation support and expert witness matters
- Oversee financial analysis, business valuations and advanced financial modelling
- Review and contribute to expert reports for courts, tribunals and arbitration proceedings
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Work directly with Partners, legal counsel and corporate clients
- Contribute to business development and help grow the practice

About You
We are looking for candidates currently operating at Senior Manager or Associate Director level within:
- Forensic Accounting
- Commercial Damages
- Disputes & Investigations
- Valuations
You will ideally have:
- CA or CPA qualification
- Strong financial analysis, valuation and modelling skills
- Experience leading engagements and managing client relationships
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
- Interest in disputes, investigations and expert witness work
- Experience mentoring junior team members
