ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re partnering on a Key Account Manager opportunity within premium beauty retail, managing established national accounts across pharmacy, specialty beauty retailers, and key online retail channels across ANZ.
This is a Sydney head office–based role (hybrid), with minimal travel required. It is relationship-led, focused on maintaining and growing existing partnerships with leading specialty beauty, pharmacy and online retail partners.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring strong execution of agreed commercial plans, coordinating internal stakeholders, and identifying incremental growth opportunities within existing accounts across retail and e-commerce channels.
There is less emphasis on cold business development or complex negotiation, as many agreements are already in place. Success comes from strong stakeholder management, commercial discipline, and consistent execution within a structured, multi-channel retail environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage national accounts across premium beauty retail, including pharmacy, specialty and online channels
- Build strong relationships with retail and e-commerce stakeholders
- Execute commercial, promotional and omni-channel marketing plans
- Support delivery across store, digital and trade activations
- Track performance across sell-in, sell-out and online metrics
- Partner with marketing, commercial, digital and brand teams
- Support launches, promotional calendars and campaign execution
- Identify growth opportunities across retail and online channels
- Maintain clear reporting across account performance and activity
- Ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Account management experience in beauty, FMCG or consumer brands
- Proven exposure to omni-channel retail and online environments
- Understanding of retail and e-commerce performance drivers
- Experience managing established national accounts (growth focus)
- Strong stakeholder management across internal and external teams
- High attention to detail and strong execution skills
- Confident with Excel and basic performance reporting
- Clear communicator, commercially minded and collaborative
- Strong cultural fit, adaptable and proactive

COMPENSATION
$110,000 - $120,000 base + superannuation + annual bonus
