Impact Family Services is looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner who knows the work, understands the NDIS space, and can help lead a growing team.

We are looking for someone registered at Proficient level or above with the NDIS Commission, who can confidently write quality behaviour support plans, guide other practitioners, support implementation, and help keep work moving.

• Completing Functional Behaviour Assessments

• Writing Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans

• Supporting implementation, training and stakeholder engagement

• Reviewing practitioner work and supporting quality assurance

• Providing supervision and guidance to practitioners

• Supporting restrictive practice compliance, monitoring and reduction

• Helping build a strong, practical and accountable team culture

• Proficient, Advanced or Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner registration

• Strong NDIS behaviour support experience

• Confidence working with complex participants and stakeholder teams

• Strong report writing and clinical reasoning skills

• A practical, calm and organised approach

• Experience mentoring or supporting other practitioners

• A person-centred, trauma-informed and neuroaffirming approach
