A growing real estate investment manager is seeking an experienced Assistant Fund Manager to support the management and performance optimisation of a high-quality property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance asset and fund-level financial models, forecasts and scenario analysis.
• Undertake acquisition underwriting, feasibility assessments and transaction support.
• Monitor portfolio and fund performance, including debt facilities and capital management initiatives.
• Assist with budgeting, business planning and strategic asset initiatives.
• Support leasing, repositioning and value-add strategies across the portfolio.
• Prepare Investment Committee papers, investor presentations and reporting materials.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support investment decision-making.
• Assist with capital raising initiatives and investor due diligence processes.

About You

• 5+ years' experience in Australian commercial real estate, funds management, investment, acquisitions or asset management.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience across institutional-grade property portfolios or real estate funds preferred.
• Retail and Healthcare property experience highly regarded.
• Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail, commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
