Position Overview

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Client Services Officer to join our team.

As a Client Services Officer, you’ll be responsible for the seamless execution of daily operational tasks, ensuring a high standard of client care and actively contributing to a culture of collaboration, trust and continuous improvement. You’ll be part of a passionate and values-driven team, committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

Position Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need:

• At least 1 year of experience in an administration or client services role, ideally within the accounting or financial services sector;
• Strong attention to detail and proven accuracy in your work;
• Proficient to advanced Microsoft Office skills;
• Outstanding customer service capabilities and a proactive, solutions-focused approach;
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
