Your new company

Working for a NSW Government organisation you will be their new Sales and Events Manager, managing all external event arrangements, focusing on venue managing/leasing, dealing with stakeholders and managing one direct report.

Your new role

An experienced Events & Sales Manager is required to drive commercial event activity across a portfolio of the organisations venues. Sitting within a dedicated Events team, this role combines revenue generation, client-facing sales, and strategic event planning, with responsibility for maximising venue utilisation and growing income through external events. • Engage with destination, tourism and major event bodies
  • Manage a diverse event portfolio including government, cultural, corporate and commercial events

Manage:

  • Line manage the Event Coordinator, providing direction, prioritisation and development support
