As demand for our services continues to grow, we are seeking an exceptional National Clinical Director to join our Executive Leadership Team and lead the next phase of our clinical strategy, governance, and workforce development.
The Role
The National Clinical Director is a key member of the Lizard Leadership Team, responsible for aligning clinical strategy with the organisation’s overall direction, growth objectives, and long-term sustainability within the evolving NDIS landscape.
This role ensures services are evidence-based, client-centred, scalable, and commercially sustainable, balancing clinical excellence with operational and workforce realities.
You will lead the organisation’s national clinical model, including clinical governance, service design, supervision frameworks, and the ongoing development of service offerings across Early Intervention, Therapeutic Services, PBS, and Core Supports. The role drives consistency, quality, and fidelity across all programs and locations, while strengthening workforce capability, supporting data-informed decision-making, and enabling sustainable growth through effective service and workforce design.

What You’ll Bring
- Postgraduate qualification in Applied Behaviour Analysis or a closely related field or equivalent depth of professional experience.
- Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent recognised credential.
- Accreditation to deliver professional training (e.g. CEUs) highly desirable.
- Proven leadership, supervision, and mentoring experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, lead change, and drive organisational outcomes.
- Commitment to ethical, family-centred practice.
- WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and full working rights in Australia.
