An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Legal Assistant to join a leading national law firm recognised for its expertise in plaintiff personal injury matters.

Supporting a high-performing and collaborative team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of a busy practice while working alongside experienced legal professionals in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for providing high-level legal and administrative support, including:

• Diary and email management
• Preparation and formatting of legal documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, barristers, medical professionals, and other stakeholders
• File management and document control
• Coordinating appointments, meetings, and court-related requirements
• Billing and general practice administration
• Providing proactive support to a busy team of legal professionals

About You

To be considered for this position, you will have:

• A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Legal Assistant within a law firm
• Previous experience within Personal Injury
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and professional approach to your work
