The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and driven Assistant Boutique Manager to join the Brisbane boutique. Working closely with the Boutique Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team, driving sales performance, and delivering an exceptional client experience reflective of the brand’s prestigious positioning. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and is ready to step into a senior leadership pathway.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Manager in driving sales performance and achieving KPIs
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a personalised experience
• Oversee daily operations, including floor management, stock control and CRM
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all standards are upheld at all times

Skills and Experience

• Proven leadership experience within luxury retail or premium fashion
• Strong sales track record with a passion for clientelling and relationship building
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team in a target-driven environment
• Highly organised with strong operational and problem-solving capabilities
