We’re looking for a Program Design Consultant to help us take our programs to the next level.

This role sits at the heart of what we do.

As a Program Design Consultant, you’ll be responsible for shaping, evolving and elevating our programs to ensure that every experience delivers real outcomes and our unmistakable Be Challenged Buzz.

You’ll bring deep expertise in the area of Learning and Development, while staying connected to our full program suite and collaborating closely with our consultants, facilitators and clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, refining and customising engaging workshop programs and ongoing learning and development opportunities

• Translating client challenges into smart, creative, outcome‑focused solutions

• Partnering with our client‑facing team on scoping, pitches and program design

• Embedding our values, energy and style into everything we deliver

• Staying ahead of trends in leadership, learning, behavioural science and team dynamics

• Contributing to the evolution of our program suite, tools and processes

• Sharing ideas, insights and innovations with the wider Be Challenged team

About You

You’re someone who

• Loves program and instructional design, innovation and creative problem‑solving

• Has strong experience in experiential learning or workshop development, or a specialisation in learning and development

• Thinks deeply about how people learn, evolve and grow

• Is confident in client conversations and collaborative environments

• Balances creativity with structure and follow‑through

• Thrives in a fast‑paced, solutions‑focused, team‑first culture

• Cares about quality, impact and doing work that genuinely matters

• Values being a team member and is comfortable working in alignment with company strategy

Experience in adult learning, instructional design, behavioural science, facilitation or instructional design will set you up for success.
