They’re now looking for a Product Manager to help build and deliver energy products and solutions that add real value to their customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role is all about end-to-end product delivery; taking ideas, shaping them into viable solutions, and making sure they actually get implemented.
You’ll identify opportunities to deliver value to existing customers through products and services, then take ownership from concept through to delivery. This includes shaping and developing new offerings with the business, assessing commercial and operational viability, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring successful rollout and integration into the business. While commercial elements are important to the role, such as putting together business cases and models, the focus is equally on execution, coordination, and delivery.
You’ll work closely across the business, from technology through to sales and marketing, to keep initiatives moving, remove blockers, and ensure outcomes are delivered.
Day to Day, You’ll Be:
- Acting as the subject matter expert across energy solutions, products, and delivery initiatives
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of new products and solutions from concept through to implementation
- Working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive execution and remove blockers
- Translating ideas and opportunities into practical, operationally viable solutions
- Embedding new products into existing systems, workflows, and business operations
- Providing guidance and expertise across delivery, operational processes, and customer outcomes
- Supporting sales and operational teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and effective in real-world environments
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Owning delivery across multiple product and business initiatives
- Acting as the central point of expertise across solution design, implementation, and rollout
- Turning concepts into structured delivery plans with clear outcomes and timelines
- Managing stakeholders across product, operations, technology, and commercial teams
- Driving operational implementation and ensuring smooth adoption into the business
- Identifying delivery risks, dependencies, and operational challenges early
- Ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively, commercially, and in a scalable way
