Have you successfully scaled DTC eCommerce brands whilst managing $200k+ monthly media budgets?

We're working with a fast-growing Melbourne-based eCommerce brand looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (eCommerce Growth) to help drive the next phase of growth.

This isn't a role for someone who simply manages campaigns. We're looking for someone who understands how to scale eCommerce brands through paid media, attribution, tracking and performance marketing strategy.

The business has experienced significant year-on-year growth and is now looking for someone who can take ownership of performance marketing and help unlock the next stage of customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid media performance across Google Ads and Meta

• Drive growth across additional channels including TikTok, Pinterest and Bing

• Develop and execute acquisition strategies to support continued business growth

• Manage and optimise significant monthly media budgets

• Own attribution, tracking, tagging and measurement across digital channels

• Implement and maintain tracking frameworks through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, efficiency and return on ad spend

• Analyse performance data and provide actionable recommendations to drive growth

• Work closely with senior leadership to influence growth strategy and commercial outcomes

Key Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Performance Marketing

• Proven experience managing monthly media budgets of $200k+

• Strong Google Ads and Meta experience

• Experience scaling DTC and eCommerce brands

• Agency experience is essential

• Strong understanding of attribution, tracking and tagging

• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

• Experience across TikTok, Pinterest and Bing

• Strong commercial mindset and growth focus
