EDUCATIONAL PRODUCT DESIGNER & LEARNING EXPERIENCE DEVELOPER
Biik Bundjil is entering a new phase of growth and we are seeking an exceptional Educational Product Designer & Learning Experience Developer to help transform ideas, frameworks and cultural knowledge into world-class educational resources.
Contract: Initial 3-month contract
Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week (flexible)
Rate: $50-$65 per hour (dependent on experience)
Location: Remote (Australia preferred)

We have no shortage of ideas.
We have hundreds of pages of content, frameworks, educational materials and emerging products.
The opportunity is to work directly with founder Jaeden Williams-Briggs to transform those ideas into engaging, beautiful and practical learning experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Designing professional slide decks
• Creating educational posters and printable resources
• Developing curriculum products and teacher guides
• Creating eBooks and digital publications
• Supporting online course development
• Creating marketing and sales resources
• Organising and publishing products through Shopify
• Supporting product launches and digital resource development
IDEAL SKILLS
Required
• Advanced Canva skills
• Strong PowerPoint or Google Slides experience
• Educational resource design
• Visual storytelling
• Strong typography and layout design
• Excellent written communication
• Ability to simplify complex ideas
Highly Desirable
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
• Figma
• Shopify
• Curriculum or instructional design experience
• Digital product experience

This role is about helping build entirely new educational products, frameworks and learning experiences from the ground up.
You will help transform Indigenous knowledge, educational resources and systems-thinking frameworks into products that support educators, organisations and communities across Australia.
The right person will have the opportunity to grow with the organisation as new products, partnerships and opportunities emerge.

Biik Bundjil’s work has been delivered across early learning services, schools, councils and organisations throughout Victoria and continues to grow nationally.
