Own Your Desk

Take full ownership of a high-potential patch across manufacturing, logistics, and industrial recruitment. You'll oversee a desk with established tier-one clients, active vacancies, and a steady pipeline. This is not a cold start — it's a warm desk with real job flow, ready for someone to drive it harder.

Full-Time Resourcing Support

You'll have a dedicated, full-time resourcer whose sole focus is helping you win — sourcing and screening candidates, booking interviews, managing candidate comms, handling compliance and references, and clearing the admin. You stay focused on clients, business development, and closing.
