An established organisation within the professional services sector is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their Sydney CBD team. This role supports core financial operations and statutory reporting while working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Support statutory and regulatory reporting obligations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Liaise with auditors and external advisors
- Improve financial controls and reporting processes
About You
- Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CA qualification completed or in progress
- Strong hands-on experience across financial accounting
- High attention to detail and strong analytical capability
- Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement skills
