Opportunity

We’re looking for a Learning Delivery Advisor to join the Talent and Capability team, where you will provide high-quality coordination, learner experience support and evaluation management across enterprise learning programs. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on operational excellence, enjoys working across a range of programs and takes pride in delivering a seamless, professional learner experience.

Owning end-to-end enrolment processes, session logistics, learner communications and evaluation data within the LMS, you will use program insights to support continuous improvement and evidence-based decision making across the L&D function. This role involves national travel to support learning activities, events and stakeholder engagement across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end enrolment and session administration within the LMS (currently SuccessFactors), including scheduling, attendance, completions and record management.
  • Coordinating program logistics including facilitator bookings, venue and virtual room setup and delivery materials, ensuring operational readiness for every session.
  • Leading learner communications across the full program lifecycle, including joining instructions, reminders, pre-work distribution and post-session follow-up.
  • Administering evaluation processes, including surveys and feedback mechanisms, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards and quality of data capture.
  • Analysing participation and evaluation data to identify trends and emerging issues impacting learner experience and program effectiveness.
  • Producing structured dashboards and reporting outputs to support stakeholder insight and decision-making.
  • Supporting the Learning Delivery Partner in building a Community of Practice for facilitators across the organisation.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of delivery practices and learner experience based on data and feedback.

About You

Your organisational skills, attention to detail and genuine commitment to a great learner experience will set you up for success in this role.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in learning coordination, training administration or a similar operational support role within an L&D or HR function.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably SuccessFactors, including enrolment management, session setup, attendance tracking and reporting.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple programs and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience designing and managing evaluation surveys and preparing data-driven reports and dashboards on program delivery outcomes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce professional learner communications and stakeholder updates.
  • Ability to analyse evaluation data, identify trends and present actionable recommendations to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to working with colleagues, facilitators and stakeholders to ensure seamless program operations.
  • Experience in a government, transport, aviation or safety-critical organisation will be highly regarded.
