Opportunity

We’re looking for a Learning Delivery Partner to join the Talent and Capability team, leading the operational delivery, facilitation and implementation of enterprise learning programs. This is a senior role for someone who is passionate about ensuring high-quality, well-governed learning experiences that drive real capability and performance outcomes for the organisation.

Accountable for delivery planning, facilitation standards, learner experience and evaluation governance, you will work in close partnership with the Learning Design Partner and business leaders to ensure alignment between design intent and delivery outcomes. This role involves national travel to support learning activities, events and stakeholder engagement across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, scheduling and delivery of enterprise learning programs across virtual and face-to-face environments.
  • Facilitate onboarding, leadership, technical and capability development programs, delivering engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand learning needs and maximise program impact.
  • Ensure learning delivery standards, governance and learner experience are consistently maintained.
  • Use learner feedback, evaluation data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and develop a Learning Delivery Advisor, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
  • Oversee LMS administration, attendance tracking, evaluation reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the broader Learning & Development function.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience leading learning delivery operations within a complex organisation, including facilitation, scheduling and program governance.
  • Proven facilitation skills across a range of formats – including virtual and in-person delivery – with the ability to adapt style and approach to diverse learner groups.
  • Strong people leadership experience, including coaching and developing coordinators or delivery practitioners.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining delivery governance frameworks, including LMS-based scheduling, attendance and evaluation management.
  • Ability to use evaluation data and learner feedback to assess delivery effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with business leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate engaging learning experiences and communicate program information professionally.
  • Experience in a government, transport, aviation or safety-critical organisation will be highly regarded.
