Senior Consultant Roles - Social Value Strategy and Community Development

We are seeking two Senior Consultant roles for our Social Value and Social Impact and Community Development and Engagement teams to lead and deliver complex social value, impact, engagement and strategy projects across urban, rural and remote contexts.

In this role, you will sit at the nexus of community insight, strategy and delivery, turning evidence into practical pathways that create measurable benefit for communities and organisations alike.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of social value strategy, impact, community development and research projects
• Lead service design and research projects, facilitate and engage with stakeholders
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and reporting across multiple projects
• Collaborate across research, engagement, collective impact and community development teams
• Build trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders and communities
• Translate complex data into clear insights, stories and strategic advice

What you will bring

• Proven experience managing social value, ESG, community development, impact or research projects
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capability
• Confidence working with qualitative and quantitative evidence
• Ability to see beyond the data to the story it tells
• Alignment with Creating Communities’ values and purpose

Location

Jolimont, Western Australia, with regional and remote travel as required.
