Project Engineer

About The Role

The Project Engineer will manage complex property and infrastructure upgrades for the client. They will provide expert technical advice, solve difficult engineering problems, and quickly handle urgent or sensitive issues.

This Will Include

• Give expert engineering advice (structural, civil, or hydraulic) on new and existing properties to team members and external partners. Review designs and recommend changes.
• Manage complex upgrade projects from start to finish, including coordinating with other professionals on the job.
• Work closely with the Principal Engineer and the team to smoothly deliver general upgrade works.
• Spot project risks early and find ways to fix them so projects stay on time, on budget, and up to quality standards.
• Work with the Capital Works team to use smart project, contract, and engineering practices that improve project results.
• Talk clearly with internal and external partners so everyone agrees on the engineering rules, standards, and goals for the upgrades.

About The Ideal Candidate

You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally have the following:

• The ability to Prioritise competing internal and external work demands
• Demonstrated engineering experience in residential property environment
• Qualifications in Civil/Structural Engineering field
