Purpose

The Regional Operations Manager – Remote Services is a senior operational leadership role responsible for providing high-level operational, and workforce support across Carpentaria's regional and remote service footprint. The role is designed as a highly mobile operational leadership resource to support operational continuity, workforce stability, participant safety, and service quality outcomes.

Ideal candidate

  • Minimum Diploma in relevant qualification in community services
  • Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards, safeguarding obligations, operational risk management, and compliance frameworks
  • Proven ability to lead within high-pressure, fast-paced, and operationally complex environments
  • Demonstrated ability to provide operational intervention, workforce stabilisation, and crisis management support
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing managers and high-performing teams across geographically dispersed services
  • High-level communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and support operational leaders and teams
