This is a unique opportunity to apply your knowledge of EHR systems, healthcare workflows, and health data analytics to help AI understand and reason about one of the most complex and high-stakes domains in the world — healthcare.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and provide expert feedback on AI-generated healthcare content, data interpretations, and clinical reasoning
• Analyze and assess how accurately AI handles EHR data, clinical workflows, and health information systems
• Identify errors, gaps, or unsafe outputs in AI responses related to health informatics topics
• Apply your knowledge of healthcare data standards, reporting, and system design to improve AI quality
• Provide structured, detailed feedback using clear evaluation guidelines
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
• Strong analytical skills including data visualization, reporting, and trend analysis
• Ability to evaluate complex health information scenarios with clarity and precision
• Comfortable working with clinical, technical, and operational concepts
• Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with health data standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD coding
• Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or health data engineering
• Prior work with dashboards, business intelligence tools, or population health platforms
