About The Role

We're looking for experienced Clinical Study Managers to support the operational execution of clinical research projects — and in doing so, help train the next generation of AI models built on real-world scientific data.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for seasoned clinical operations professionals who know how to keep complex studies on track. If you've managed CROs, juggled multi-site timelines, and kept stakeholders aligned under pressure, this role was made for you.

What You'll Do

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track and on schedule
• Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and expenditure tracking across multiple vendors and research partners
• Coordinate with CROs, investigator sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality study execution
• Identify operational risks early, resolve issues proactively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
• Apply your real-world clinical expertise to support AI training data quality and evaluation workflows

Who You Are

• Experienced clinical trial project manager with a strong track record managing budgets, timelines, and multi-vendor operations
• Skilled at coordinating across CROs, sites, and cross-functional teams in complex research environments
• Able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of quality or deadlines
• A clear, confident communicator who can align stakeholders and resolve friction efficiently
• Self-directed and reliable — you deliver without needing to be micromanaged

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI tools, clinical data platforms, or digital health research environments
• Background spanning multiple therapeutic areas or study phases
