We are currently looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to support the Program Manager and wider project team, working on a diverse range of projects including Defence, Water, Transport and Manufacturing to name a few. Project Coordinators are accountable for successfully and competently supporting the completion of assigned projects, ensuring the project's objectives are achieved, completed on time and within budget.

In This Role You Will

• Play a crucial role by providing assistance to ensure timely performance and compliance with company and customer requirements.
• Coordinate the day-to-day project administration in line with company and contract requirements including project set up, cost control, reporting and documentation management.
• Communicate project progress and any concerns in a timely fashion, escalating to Project Managers as required.
• Work with the project team to manage customer relationships, ensuring a continued relationship with SAGE.

Skills & Experience

• Australian Citizenship is essential.
• Ideally have a Cert. IV or Diploma in Project Management.
• Good MS Office skills including Word and Excel.
• Previous experience in project-based roles within engineering, automation or similar industry sectors.
• Have exceptional attention to detail when it comes to project administration with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent time management to meet key project deadlines.
• Be capable of delivering clear concise communications effectively, both written and verbal.
