Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer who can take a brief and turn it into clean, on-brand work. You’ll sit within our marketing team working across two well-known brands (Coolaroo and GALE Commercial), delivering everything from packaging and retail displays through to digital content and social.

This role is a mix of creative thinking and solid execution. You’ll have real ownership over your work, taking projects from concept through to finished art, but you’ll also spend a fair chunk of time getting the detail right, especially when it comes to print and packaging.

It suits someone who’s organised, detail-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple projects without dropping the ball. If you’re the kind of designer who enjoys both coming up with ideas and making sure the final output is spot-on and production-ready, you’ll do well here.

The role

• Create on-brand assets across print and digital (packaging, retail displays, brochures, ads, social content)
• Manage projects end-to-end (brief → concept → production-ready artwork → proofing)
• Update and roll out existing artwork across product ranges
• Support website content creation
• Partnering with our Digital Marketing specialist to create on-brand visual assets for social media and digital campaigns
• Produce basic photo/video content where needed
• Maintain brand consistency across everything you touch

The successful candidate should have

• Solid experience in a similar Graphic Designer role (around 3+ years)
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (non-negotiable)
• Confidence working across both print and digital (packaging experience a big plus)
• Someone who can manage multiple projects without dropping the ball
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable taking ownership and working with different stakeholders
• A strong portfolio showing understanding of basic design principles and consistency
