The Role
The SDACSPO Supply Support Lead is responsible for overseeing inventory management, supply support and distribution activities across SDACSPO capabilities, ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with CASG policies, contractual requirements and sustainment objectives.
The role provides governance and oversight of supply support activities, supports capability transition into sustainment, manages supply support configuration and data, and works closely with contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective warehousing, distribution, codification, cataloguing and inventory management outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide governance and oversight of supply support activities across SDACSPO capabilities.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to support supply governance activities.
- Identify, analyse and manage supply support risks and issues, providing recommendations and solutions.
- Review and assess facility supply support requirements, including storage, warehousing, HazChem management, material handling equipment and inventory maintenance.
- Support capability transition into sustainment through review of acquisition documentation, including Facilities Requirements Analysis Reports (FRAR) and Recommended Provisioning Lists (RPL).
- Verify supply support documentation and configuration baselines.
- Ensure supply support equipment is appropriately registered, managed and governed.
- Monitor contractor compliance with supply support management plans and reporting requirements, including management of Problematic Items of Supply (PIOS).
- Review contractor reporting, certification matrices, staffing levels and supply support documentation.
- Govern contractor technical data entry within LIMS systems, including ERP, Maximo and Windchill.
- Manage supply support configuration management activities.
- Optimise and document supply support processes through Logistics Support Analysis.
- Lead material supply, stocktake, disposal and distribution activities.
- Review Engineering Change Proposals, Plans and CDRLs from a Supply Support perspective.
- Support establishment and maintenance of product baselines within ERP systems.
- Lead codification and cataloguing activities.
- Create and maintain ERP Bills of Materials (BoM).
- Support configuration status accounting and reconciliation activities.
- Document and manage supply support risks.
- Support procurement activities as required.
About You
You have experience in supply support, inventory management, logistics or sustainment environments and possess a strong understanding of governance, configuration management and supply support processes.
Essential Experience
- Experience managing or supporting inventory management, supply support and distribution activities.
- Experience providing governance and oversight of supply support functions.
- Experience working with contractors and stakeholders to achieve supply support outcomes.
- Knowledge of warehousing, stock management, disposal and distribution processes.
- Experience reviewing and managing supply support documentation and reporting.
- Experience with configuration management and maintenance of supply support baselines.
- Experience supporting codification and cataloguing activities.
- Experience working with ERP and logistics management systems.
- Ability to identify, analyse and manage supply support risks and issues.
- Experience supporting procurement and sustainment activities.
Desirable Experience
- Experience reviewing Facilities Requirements Analysis Reports (FRAR) and Recommended Provisioning Lists (RPL).
- Experience working with LIMS platforms such as ERP, Maximo and Windchill.
- Experience supporting capability transition into sustainment.
- Experience conducting Logistics Support Analysis activities.

- Experience creating and maintaining ERP Bills of Materials (BoM).
