About The Role

We're partnering with leading AI research labs to build smarter, more accurate health AI — and we need population health experts to help get it right. As a Population Health Informaticist, you'll apply your expertise in health data and analytics to evaluate, improve, and shape AI systems designed to understand and act on population-level health information.

Your insights will directly influence how AI interprets health trends, identifies disparities, and supports evidence-based decisions at scale. This is a rare opportunity to do meaningful work that sits at the intersection of public health and cutting-edge AI development.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to population health data, analytics, and public health strategy for accuracy, quality, and relevance
  • Collect, integrate, and assess population health metrics to identify trends, disparities, and intervention opportunities
  • Review and validate AI-designed dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks used for health monitoring and surveillance
  • Translate complex analytical insights into clear, actionable feedback that improves AI reasoning on population health topics
  • Identify gaps, errors, or misleading conclusions in AI-generated health analyses and suggest evidence-based corrections

Who You Are

  • Experienced working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets
  • Skilled in data analysis and visualization, including dashboards and reporting tools
  • Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on flexible task-based assignments

Nice to Have

  • Background in epidemiology, biostatistics, health informatics, or public health policy
  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
  • Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows in a health context
