What You'll Do
- Design, oversee, and optimize pipelines that integrate genomic data, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare datasets into unified analytics platforms
- Lead analytical strategies that transform complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine initiatives and clinical decision support
- Evaluate and guide how AI systems interpret and reason about healthcare and genomic data — identifying gaps, errors, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate across clinical, research, and engineering contexts to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and scientific rigor
- Communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Apply domain expertise to assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, clinical relevance, and scientific soundness
Who You Are
- Experienced working with large-scale genomic, clinical, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
- Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex data into meaningful scientific or clinical insights
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating data quality and analytical outputs
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently on asynchronous, task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI tools or model training workflows
- Background in bioinformatics, computational biology, or clinical informatics
- Experience working with EHR systems, genomic sequencing platforms, or biobank datasets
