About The Client

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of engineered concrete solutions supporting major civil and infrastructure projects across Australia. They specialise in precast concrete products used in drainage, water, transport and structural applications, delivering durable and high-performance systems designed for demanding environments.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role you will be working to check the quality of fresh concrete made on site to make sure it meets project needs! This is a long-term position, working Monday Friday from 4am to 12pm with overtime on offer! Your main duties will include:

• Perform sampling and testing of fresh concrete in accordance with project specifications
• Conduct slump, air content, temperature and unit weight testing on production concrete batches
• Monitor batching records, mix consistency and production parameters
• Inspect precast products for dimensional accuracy, surface finish and defects
• Record test results, non-conformances and quality data

What You Will Need

• Drivers Licence + reliable transport
• Concrete testing experience (highly desirable)
• QA/QC background
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Manufacturing or precast experience (highly desirable)
• Willingness to learn and a strong attention to detail
• Ability to pass a Pre Employment Medical + Drug & Alcohol Screen
