We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Duty Manager/Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team working on a brand new premium retail asset. In this diverse role, you will provide key facility services ensuring the smooth operation and work environment of our client tenancies.
Here's a snapshot of your day;
- Deliver service excellence by maintaining high customer satisfaction, supporting KPIs, and driving strong tenant engagement.
- Manage operating expenditure to budget, ensuring cost-effective maintenance and efficient plant/equipment operation.
- Ensure site functionality through proactive monitoring, inspections, reporting, and minimising disruption to operations.
- Maintain compliance with legislation, client procedures, contractor requirements, and maintenance schedules.
- Support sustainability initiatives, including energy and water performance and NABERS rating requirements.
- Promote risk management and safety, contributing to WHS compliance, audits, and a zero-harm environment.
- Assist in property operations, including budgeting, reporting, defect management, fit-outs, and service performance improvement.
- Oversee contractor and contract management, ensuring performance, compliance, and delivery across all building services.
- Act as a key tenant liaison, providing clear communication, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Provide administrative and operational support, including reporting, documentation, budgeting, emergency response, and after-hours availability.

- Previous experience in facilities or security will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated customer service experience, a strong work ethic and a positive approach
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to problem solve
