Your New Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Certified Practising Valuer to join the Opteon team.

This role is based in Cairns and covers a diverse residential portfolio across the local and surrounding markets. You will be supported by established systems, national expertise, and a collaborative team, with the opportunity to continue developing your valuation career in a regional location.

You thrive on building trusted client relationships, take pride in the quality of your work, and are committed to ongoing professional growth in a dynamic environment.

You will also bring:

• Certified Practising Valuer status
• Current membership with the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland
• Proven experience in residential valuation
• A Degree in Business Property or equivalent qualifications
• Strong attention to detail with high‑quality report writing and analytical capability
• Outstanding customer service and stakeholder communication skills
