We are seeking an experienced and relationship driven Centre Manager to take ownership of a brand new premium retail asset alongside our respected NSW Retail Property Management team.
This position combines operational leadership with strategic partnership, working alongside institutional stakeholders to enhance building performance, strengthen governance standards and deliver an exceptional tenant experience.
You will be instrumental in maintaining the asset’s reputation as a top tier investment grade property.
Key Responsibilities
- Centre Launch & Operations — Oversee all property management and building services functions
- Stakeholder relationships — Build strong, proactive connections with owners, occupiers, and operational teams
- Lease administration — Manage compliance, renewals, rent reviews, and documentation
- Financial reporting — Prepare clear monthly reporting packs and ensure accurate billing and debt management
- Portfolio performance — Maintain presentation standards and support long term asset value
About You
- Proven background in managing facilities within a high quality, premium office asset
- Strong financial acumen, including cash and accrual accounting
- A professional, approachable style with high attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
- Current Certificate of Registration and valid driver’s licence
