About the role

Lead and manage the national lead support team, overseeing enquiry triage, case management and process improvement. Partner with the National Marketing Manager – GP Training and collaborate with Marketing, Education and Member Ops to deliver insights, reporting and a seamless lead-to-registrar experience.

As our Support Team Lead - Future Registrars, you'll also:

Lead and develop the national lead management support team

Manage complex enquiries and improve lead management processes

Drive lead strategy, workflows and team capability uplift

Deliver reporting, insights and stakeholder engagement across the business.

Skills & Experience

Proven leadership managing high-performing teams

Experience in lead or case management environments

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Process-driven with strong reporting and data insight skills.
